Working as efficiently as possible on industrial construction projects requires maximum prefabrication of the key project components. Quality, time and costs are easier to manage in a controlled environment.
Our prefab workshop is located in the Klaipeda area in Lithuania. This workshop prefabricates pipe coils and (secondary) structural steel and manufactures skid modules. The buildings are located at 25 km from Klaipeda Port and 20 km from Palanga International Airport.

In addition to a fenced outdoor area of over 2,000 m2, the facilities include a covered production area of nearly 3,200 m2, divided over two halls for separate production of carbon steel, stainless steel and more alloys.

Hall 1

  • 1,750 m2
  • 2 x 5t overhead cranes with an under-hook clearance of 7.6m
  • Size of the entrance (LxH) = 5.2m x 5m

Hall 2

  • 1,400 m2
  • 3,2t overhead cranes with an under-hook clearance of 4.1m.
  • Size of the entrance (LxH) = 5.4m x 4.5m
All activities in the prefab workshop are carried out under the strict supervision of our own HSEQ organisation, an international welding technologist and external inspection agencies, which ensure 100% compliance with strict quality standards, supported by the following certifications:

  • Quality Management – ISO 9001
  • HSE Management –   ISO 45001
  • EN1090-2 – Execution Class 3
  • ISO 3834-2 – Comprehensive quality requirements.

Depending on the complexity and the nature of the job, capacity varies between:

  • 20 and 100 t/month
  • 80 and 140 t/month for, among others, secondary steel structures, special pipe supports and foundations.

Our welders and welding procedures are qualified for the 111/135/136/138/141 welding processes and we offer complete prefabrication solutions, including NDT, hydro/leak testing, preservation, as-built documentation.

The industries in which we operate are located in the oil, gas, (renewable) energy, shipbuilding, tank construction and infrastructure sectors.
