Working as efficiently as possible on industrial construction projects requires maximum prefabrication of key project components. Indeed, quality, time and cost are easier to manage in a controlled environment.

Our prefabrication workshop is located in the Klaipeda area of Lithuania. There we provide the prefabrication of pipe coils and (secondary) structural steel and even the manufacture of skid modules. The buildings are located 25 km from the port of Klaipeda and 20 km from Palanga International Airport.

In addition to a fenced outdoor area of more than 2,000^m2, the facilities also include a covered production area of nearly 3,200^m2, divided into two halls that allow separate manufacturing of carbon steel, stainless steel and more alloys.

All activities in the precast workshop are carried out under strict supervision of our own HSEQ organization, an international welding technologist and external inspection agencies, which ensure 100% compliance with strict quality standards, supported by the following certifications:

• EN1090-2 – Execution Class 3
• ISO 3834-2 – Comprehensive quality requirements.

Depending on the complexity and nature of the job, the capacity varies between:

• 20 and 100 t/month
• 80 and 140 t/month for secondary steel structures, special pipe supports and foundations, among others .

Our welders and welding procedures are qualified for welding processes 111/135/136/138/141 and we offer complete prefabrication solutions including NDT, hydro / leak testing, conservation, as-built documentation.
